Atif Aslam is a Pakistani pop singer and film actor. His debuted as an actor for the first time in the 2011 film Bol. He has generated numerous chart-topping songs, and is known for his vocal belting technique.Aslam is a recipient for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, one of Pakistan's highest civilian decorations. He also has three songs featured in a Hollywood Movie, Man Push Cart which has won several international awards and was praised by critics. He has sung for both Pakistani and Bollywood films, apart from having 3 albums to his credit. He is the Captain of the Pakistani singers in SurKshetra
